We want you to be happy with your purchase from GuitarHotline. We partner with the best manufacturers to provide the finest merchandise available. We realize, however, that some items just don't suit the purposes for which they were purchased. We are happy to provide refunds, credit or exchanges on our merchandise, subject to the following terms:

Merchandise

With the exception of the items listed below, merchandise purchased from GuitarHotline may be returned for refund, credit or exchange within 10 days from date of purchase, provided it is in fully salable condition and returned with all packaging and accessories. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Call us within the evaluation period at 888.795.3582 to obtain a Return Authorization Number. You are responsible for the shipping and insurance charges to return the merchandise to us. Please insure the merchandise for its full value. We cannot assume responsibility for damage incurred in shipment. You will be issued a refund less the restocking fee and orginal shipping and insurance charges after we have received and inspected the merchandise.

Instruments

All instruments sold on GuitarHotline are subject to a 24-hour evaluation period, beginning at the time of confirmed delivery. Instruments may be returned within that period for any reason provided they are in their original delivered condition. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Call us within the evaluation period at 888.795.3582 to obtain a Return Authorization Number. You are responsible for the shipping and insurance charges to return the instrument to us. Please insure the instrument for its full value. We cannot assume responsibility for damage incurred in shipment. The instrument must be in route back to us the first business day after the RA has been issued. You will be issued a refund less the restocking fee and orginal shipping and insurance charges after we have received and inspected the instrument.

Shipping Outside the USA

Sales of all FMIC Products are restricted outside the USA.
