This Custom Shop D-18 has a doubled G String like on a 12 String. The little extra sound from the High G fills the tonal offering from the D-18. This guitar will be perfect for strumming and singing with! This configuration was originally made for the Roger McGuinn Signature model. The Chris Hillman Burst is a stunning Ambertone variant!
I handselected this set of Bear Claw Sitka and Mahogany during a factory visit. I added a couple of pictures with a flashlight on the top to accentuate the figuring as the flash photography washes out a bit of the dramatic affect - You will see some light reflection artifacts in the pictures - There is no damage or wear on the Brand New Guitar.
